Innerwealth Life Coaching with Chris is the missing link. It saves you time. You set targets in life, create an inspired future, build the foundations of love and wellbeing (mind, body, spirit) that keeps you awake and alive in life.

Banging our head on a brick wall might feel like we’re achieving things but the cost is enormous. Working smarter, getting more done in less time, having an inspirational vision, holding a real sense of SELF in a world that can dampen your spirit. Keeping your big heart open in hell. These are just a few of the amazing and beautiful outcomes of staying inspired through coaching with Chris.

Chris, your work is more than just digging deep, it’s about taking control & driving the bus. It’s about clever use of time & resources to be absolutely present in each of the different pieces of the puzzle. I found your work with me to be about clearing a rolling fog that if allowed, will persist throughout the day/week/month/year. What I’ve achieved is an effective morning, combining the elements of healthy food, exercise and focus on the current task and making time for the big picture, all threaded together in a way that hits these pieces at full throttle. This approach brings the relief and release that comes with knowing you have had a solid, effective crack at something without the fog of distraction, without competing alternatives for any given minute or hour. Shift Happens and the 30 Day Challenge is the best way of achieving it.

You don’t. You can merrily enjoy life without a coach. But there’s going to be a missing link. Sage advice. Your partner might offer advice but can it be “objective?” “We are never a prophet in our own home.” By dealing with work and personal matters outside our home we come home clean and ready for the things that build great families, instead of worry, bring home the love. Turning up at home is an absolute outcome of Innerwealth Coaching with Chris, and you can’t have too much of it.

Our ego, mind, is either our greatest friend or worse enemy. When it turns against us, becomes frustrated with others, our life, our partner, friends, the world, global warming, we end up filling the cemetry. Yes, the cemetery is filled with RIGHT people. It’s hard to let go. I bring tough love to life’s questions. Whether it’s business, personal, life threatening or just some confusion about which supermarket to support, there’s always an opportunity to see things from a bigger view, a better perspective and I hold that gift for you to help you live your full potential and the highest quality of life possible. You can’t put an old head on young shoulders but you can sure try.

I’ve coached mums and dads, first nation indigenous people’s, CEO’s of fortune 100 companies, rock stars and high profile performers. Coaching is not limited to socio economic status or life dividing markers. We are all souls on a journey and we can all do with professional guidance.

One person I have used for some time as a sounding board and life coach (incl career) is Chris Walker – engineer, entrepreneur and life coach master who has made and lost millions, written loads of books, led 10s of groups into Nepal, spent serious time in zen in the Himalayas, and worked all over the world including with indigenous Indians in Canada. He is a master at helping one find themselves. Anyway, if you are open to a challenging conversation, then I recommend you reach out to him. His mobile is 61 417209636.

This differs from coaching organisation to client preference. Many coaching organisations and franchises provide an in office meeting program once each two weeks for an hour with a structured process that advances individuals along a fixed path. I prefer to create a dialogue, a conversation in which anything that might be holding an individual back from the fullest and most happy experience of their life can be explored. My two key coaching words are Wonder and Explore. I do this face to face in nature or on Skype

People often use their partner to explore their emotional, spiritual, career, health, mental and financial health. This is most difficult as there becomes a collaboration that can lead to a stifling of individuality and independent thinking. By resolving personal stress, inner conflict, work related issues outside the relationship we turn up more in relationship and improve the quality of that aspect with our partner, rather than dilute it with home spun advice. You are never a prophet in your own home.

Typical life coaching sessions last one hour. I have been coaching some high executive and public performing individuals weekly for over 8 years with sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 3 hours. Each year, and with new clients I usually recommend a half day vision session, getting goals, visions and purpose clear for the year. So, there is no fixed time limit and the frequency of sessions is based on the appetite of the individual. Mostly I recommend a 30 day intensive start month of 8 sessions in the month followed by weekly sessions of an hour duration.

Franchise and licensee coaches are constrained to a specific paradigm of coaching that means they work on very structured sessions and process. I think many people enjoy such a structure. I don’t. I rather recognise that there are seven areas of life and all need to be in balance for a happy life. I also strongly believe in a daily routine that advances emotional and mental health in parallel with the growth demands of job importance. This is a constant negotiation between time allocations and of course demands of personal and work circumstances. Priority one in mental strength.
