Due to the variable nature of executive and entrepreneurial life we believe it best to meet weekly at a minimum. However, from time to time, this can be daily. When the going gets tough, we often sustain a closer contact frequency to help. Otherwise weekly is great.
It fluctuates. Some weeks it's 30 minutes. Other weeks it's 2 hours. Sometimes if you're local to Sydney it's a breakfast or lunch. However, the normal time to budget sessions is one hour.
Usually not. But if paying annually and the break due to leave or illness is longer than 1 month, we often defer and add time at the end of the period.
Great question. Although we have had at times over 200 trained consultants, we now do 100% of all sessions in advisory through Chris.
Yes, for sure. There are over 35 books, 2000 podcasts, blogs, vimeo videos, youtube channels and more.... more than a lifetime and it's all yours when you are in the advisory programme.
Our fees depend on scope of work and so they are not fixed on the website. On a monthly basis fees are normally A$1121. On an annualised basis the fee is significantly less because we get an opportunity to work in a more effective way. Annual fees range from $7900 to $9800 for weekly sessions and unlimited calls as required.
We recommend mid-career professionals approach the advisory process with more structure. For this we offer different graded programs of learning such as the introduction to Self-Leadership and Vip Vision programmes. These give structure that is essential for ongoing development and stress management. Once these programmes are complete there is an advisory program available similar to the executive advisory.
