I enjoy life’s journey, I am very confident in myself as a person and surprisingly strong and resilient deep down. I do not have all the answers, I am constantly being challenged by life and am always trying to improve my relationships, life and work environments. Chris provided me with the tools, the laws of nature, which enable me to embrace and challenge life and for that I am eternally grateful because the more we push ourselves the more we need to understand ourselves and our surrounding world.
I want to thank you again for the wonderful work you did with the group in October. I liked the design and presentation of the program….it really worked. Everyone recognized the key concepts and ideas being presented and want to integrate it into their lives/work etc. For me, the collapse concept really crystallized. We had fun with the video. I’ll be presenting what we are doing in our group to the Regional Mgt group sometime soon. I had lunch with Sharon today and we are planning our next projects together. I’m getting lots of requests from the team for the follow up session. arrange something for Dec., …. I’m in Ontario for the entire time from the 05 Dec to 10 Dec.
This work is sooooooo wonderful. Thank you for what you are doing!
“This work is more than digging deep, it’s about taking control & driving the bus. It’s about clever use of time & resources to be absolutely present in each of the different pieces of the puzzle. It’s about clearing a rolling fog that if allowed, will persist throughout the day/week/month/year. What I achieved in a 30 day Back on Track Challenge is an effective morning, combining the elements of healthy food, exercise and focus on the current task and making time for the big picture, all threaded together in a way that hits these pieces at full throttle. This approach brings the relief and release that comes with knowing you can have a solid, effective crack at something without the fog of distraction, without competing alternatives for any given minute or hour. ”
I would like to thank you for allowing me the opportunity to attend last week’s session on Personal Mastery and Strategic Leadership led by Chris Walker. To be honest, I was completely unprepared for the experience. Though I had already heard about Chris and his work in area of “breakthrough,” never did I imagine that a two-day session could have such a powerful and commanding effect on my life. The workshop itself was compelling and thought-provoking, but it was the “one-on-one” collapse exercise with Chris, which I found especially liberating. I realized that we do have choices – we can either invite events in our lives to cripple us OR propel us forward. I realised that we are our worst enemies. And on a more personal level, I realized that I am the master of my destiny and that the only one holding me back from achieving my dreams and my vision is me. I must admit though, the insights I gained have, in the process, opened the door to a closet of confusion. Over the last few days, I find myself questioning everything, including am I really doing what I was born to do.
I’m even questioning the vision that I had established for myself. But I suppose these questions are important. After all, if we don’t question ourselves, our actions, motives, beliefs and values, we would wander through life aimlessly, walking the same routes, hitting the same pot holes, and not learning from the journey. I truly feel grateful and privileged for the experience and want to thank you (NAME WITHHELD) for giving me the opportunity to participate and be part of the Chris Walker experience.
Recently a team member asked me how was it possible for me to do all my training, be a full time single mum, work full time and I don’t look stressed. And i thought straight away about you, Chris, and that I needed to tell you thank you again, thank you today, yesterday, tomorrow, forever, for appearing in my life and helping me be this 360 degrees woman on this earth. I am proud of all the things I fit in my life and getting more and more of them to be the things which are my path and cleaning up the others which aren’t. Thank you for your encouragement, for your compliments, for your truth, for letting me become stronger where I need to. You’re a genius and I am lucky.
Thank you, thank you, thank you…
