For too many years Corporations have made the mistake of compartmentalising the development of people with the aim of increasing productivity and yet, the total human being, the heart, quality of life, relationship and other aspects of the human condition have been ignored. The single grip that holds most people down in business and sport is attitude. It is impossible to be sustainably promoted with significant pay increase unless all three of these elements expand and improve together as one. A brilliant achiever in their own mind, who does not have the ability to promote this in the minds of others, will fail. Also, if the process an individual follows is completely intuitive and not a “system” then the vulnerability from client and peers is going to be almost of “guru” proportion and will rarely be trusted, if not rarely, it will require a lifetime of validation.
