When one thing changes in our life, everything changes. When one area gets stuck all areas get toxic. So when it’s time to move forward, evolve, through a challenge, disaster or stress, we must approach this shift with fresh eyes, a new ambition a clear letting go.

So, this Back on Track, designed by Chris Walker is an exclusive process that utilises both Eastern sciences of mindfulness, meditation, yoga and stillness with Western genius of vision, inspiration and purpose to put traction on the road for those who may have been wheel spinning in the mud for some time.

Whether it’s getting your life back on track from a changed relationship situation or from a challenge at work, this process will help you completely clear the waters and set yourself happy and content, confident and empowered without anger, on your future course.

Happiness, Wellness and Inspiration

It’s about empowering yourself with the skills and awareness to turn up inspired, real, honest and enjoyable Self-Leadership, no apologies for it. It’s just too clumsy and expensive to rely on others to keep making us happy and inspired, or even on track.

Here’s a small sample of what I’m talking about. Try this: score yourself with a mark on the spokes of the VIP wheel (from 1 – 10) Where 10 is on the outer rim of the wheel being blissfully happy and content and 1 is at the very centre at the axle, being suicidally depressed.

Join the scores on each spoke and fill in the area it covers. How would this look?

I call this your ‘VIP’ score (or happiness score)

The normal reaction for people off balance is to focus solely on one or two of the key areas of life. For example, if a score is down below 4 or 5 in business/career, they might turn to a business coach or management consultant. Down to 3 or 4 in health they might get a personal trainer or nutritionalist. Down to 2 in spirituality they might get a book from Deepak Chopra. Down below 4 in relationship area they might listen to a podcast from Marianne Williamson, go on a romantic holiday or get counselling and so on.

The problem with this is that as one aspect grows, another shrinks. If a person is unfulfilled at work they decide to drive harder but as a result, their family and love-life suffers. Or if their finances are struggling they might start worrying about money and ignore health. Their overall score doesn’t change, it simply changes shape. Old problems may go away, new ones appear. Hence, they never get to say “wow, my life inspires me” and instead, people are always saying “when I get x,y,z sorted, my life will be worth being inspired about, then I can be happy and relax.”

Have you seen this happen to anyone you know?
