There is an avalanche of opportunities for psychic distress to come in to your life and translate itself into ill-health, frustration, depression or simply business failure. Information, especially that which is not expected can arrive and knock you off your pedestal from one day to the next. So you have to be ready for it. There is no use pretending that you are immune from the calamities that come from everyday life. It would be like climbing a mountain without a rope.

So the question is how long does it take to go from this:

Well the answer is a very short period of time, possibly even one week. The real challenge is staying there. Is very easy to make corrections when you are feeling challenged but then rebounding back into those challenges within a very short period of time like a yo-yo is likely if you don’t make changes holistically, across the board in your life.

I know couples who spent 10 years bouncing in and out of the disturbed model of relationship and family. I even know some business people have spent 20 years in the disturbed model. The cost has been enormous. Both to themselves and to their families. The trick is to recognise the need to rebound but when you do it, to do it in a cycle, a sort of total maintenance programme rather than replacing one tyre when it wears out, or blows out, and leaving the rest untouched.

In the back on track program I endeavour to get people back on track within 30 days. The first seven get people back in functional spaces, the rest of the 30 days are about maintenance and embedding new habits.

That’s the key, embed new habits that turn this sort of interpretation of what’s going on.

Where it feels like things are difficult to a state where there’s a mind shift and a re-engagement in the activities of life. Interpretation plays a big part and for this we use the laws of nature to enable us to step away from egocentric and potentially harmful habits.

The ultimate ambition is to feel that, irrespective of what happens, there’s an affirmative position to take on any incedent. It starts in reverse. We create a vision and then work backward toward Enjoyment and affirmative information. The Process looks like this:

This is the back on track program. It covers all seven areas of life and we’ve them together in a way that creates a strong sense of self and soul. The outcome will be that you’ll be able to put your heart into whatever you do and from that position there is a very high probability of success.
