There’s no doubt about it. If you’re sad, lonely, exhausted, angry, frustrated, jealous, confused, bitter or twisted about something, you’re wasting your time.

Time is precious. No good comes from wasting it. So, the suggestion to get back on track fast might be the best advice you’ve heart. The only question you’ll have is “how?”

Here’s a few hints:

  1. Do something sooner than later
  2. Don’t isolate the problem …
  3. Bad things don’t happen in 3’s they happen in avalanches
  4. Good thinks happen in 7’s so change seven things: Your mind, your health, your space, your priorities, your outlook, your self talk and your desired result.
